 Patient’s First Contact Letter

This is the letter I give to patients after their very first visit… and now it can be yours. Based on over 20 years experience, this letter let’s you say everything you wanted to say in your first consultation that you didn’t have time to say.

Just 9 pages long, this letter achieves many critical things… leaving you with healthier and happier patients. Number Six:  How many of your new clients are confused about how vitamins and herbs work. This step teaches them the importance of synergy and why your selected products are the best.

Number Seven: Do you sometimes feel that your clients run the show. They cancel the same day or don’t show up, or arrives late leaving holes in your once booked out day or talk down to your team or yourself.

This step is teaching your new client the way you want to do business and if they don’t conform to your standards .  .  . Then your books are closed  . . .

Number Eight: Are you frustrated because some of your clients find it hard to be optimistic and always seem to cast blame towards your centre because they are finding improvement slow.
